About Us

Introduction of TFA

台北市足球協會Taipe Football Association(簡稱T、F、A)成立於2001年8月12日，是由熱心足球人士為推展足球，提高足球運動風氣、建立以社區為基礎、提供適合年齡、體能狀況，讓每個人都能參與足球運動而設立的公益性組織,並登記為社團法人(北市社會字第一九四六號)。
台北市足球協會第一屆理事長由全體協會成員推舉熱心公益之體壇名人李正勇先生出任，並敦請國際級教練、前中華隊教練高庸先生擔任總幹事，一起率領全體協會成員同心協力為台灣足球拓展未來！

Taipei Football Association (TFA) was a non-profit organization founded on August 8, 2001, by a group of people who were enthusiastic about football on the purpose of popularizing this sport and encouraging people to play football. Based on communities, we provide a suitable environment for everyone to join football.

The TFA president of 2001 was Mr. Li, Cheng Yung, who is very well known in sports world and he has devoted himself a lot into public welfare. We also invite Chinese Taipei international ex-coach, Mr. Kao Yung, to be our Director-General. We work together and hopefully we can turn a new page on the future of Taiwan football.

台北市足球協會之宗旨與目標TFA Purposes and Goals

1、以推廣足球普遍發展為職志
2、向下紮根，從幼兒、兒童及青少年發展推動入門
3、培植更多足球專長人才，培育教練群之建立
4、推展台灣足球運動人口普及化

1. to popularizing football

2. to start playing football from infants, children and adolescents

3. to train more professional football players and coach teams

4. to encourage more people to play football

協會現階段之工作項目Contents

1、協助各校發展足球課後班及冬令營、夏令營足球活動
2、協助幼稚園發展幼兒足球
3、各地區假日營隊的推廣
4、承辦各體育類型公司的足球活動
5、接受政府、體育及教育機關委辦足球相關活動
6、推廣裁判及教練之訓練課程研習

1. To help schools organize a football class, hold a winter and summer football camp

2. To help kindergarten develop football

3. To hold holiday camps in communities

4. To sponsor football activities for sports companies

5. To sponsor football activities for the government, sports and educational institutions

6. To provide referee and coach training

1. To help people understand the benefits of playing football

2. To educate people on the importance of exercise, especially of children and teenagers’ exercise habits because it influence their health in the future.

3. To discover more excellent coaches and players

5. To collect more documents and data

理事長的話( 台北市足球協會理事長李正勇)

President’s Words

由於國人對於足球運動的認知不足，以致這項世界最風行的運動很難在國內推動！
祇要明瞭足球運動是最能培養"完美人格”的球類運動,就足以証明它是球類運動中最具有教育價值的。
因此期望在我們北市足球協會竭盡全力向下紮根，從幼兒著手，不斷舉辦各級訓練營，引起舉國上下能重視，形成共識，受到肯定，成功指日可待。

Due to the lack of football knowledge, football, the most popular sport in the world, is hard to spread in Taiwan. In fact, if we understand football is the best ball game to cultivate “perfect personalities”, we’ll realize that football is the most educational one among all kinds of ball games.

Therefore, hopefully we can arouse people’s attention, make a common goal on foot ball and be approved through TFA’s best efforts. Success is not far from us!

秘書長的話 (台北市足球協會秘書長高庸)

TFA General Secretary, Kao Yung’s Words

我們台北市足球協會在理事長三兄弟鼎力贊助之下，希望從幼兒足球運動開始，不斷努力籌辦各級足球訓練營，目前能獲得愛迪達公司的重視及贊助，更擁有家長們全力參與！對足球運動的認知獲得肯定，愈早開始，愈能促始兒童智能增進！這已是不爭的事實。
只要您能參與，就能受益無窮，看到各地愈來愈多的營隊出現，就能証實，相信一定能引起國人的重視，促使足球運動步入正途，才是我們所樂見的景象。

Under the support of TFA president and his two brothers, TFA has been devoted to holding different kinds of football camps, started from infants/children. By now we’ve got Addidas’ attention and support, and even parents’ all-out participation! The earlier children get familiar with football, the more intelligence they are able to gain. This is undeniable.

As long as you can join it, you will greatly benefit from it. There are more and more football camps in Taiwan now and we believe it can arouse people’s attention and make football get on track. That is what we are looking forward to see.
